Job Summary
Operate, set up, and start injection molding machines with associated automation systems while ensuring smooth production flow and meeting quality targets. Independently optimize existing manufacturing processes to boost efficiency and actively implement productivity goals within W+G Lean Management. Provide expert support for new starts and guide technical innovations, including experience with Arburg and Demag machines and modern handling systems. Manage on-call rotation in the Villingen-Schwenningen area for a full-time role, requiring a completed vocational training and practical experience in plastic processing.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Verfahrensmechaniker für Kunststoff- und Kautschuktechnik
- Fundierte Berufserfahrung in der Kunststoffverarbeitung (Material-, Maschinen- und Werkzeugkenntnisse)
- Sicherer Umgang mit Spritzgussmaschinen der Firmen Arburg und Demag
Desired Qualifications
- Praktische Erfahrung mit modernen Handlingssystemen und Robotik (bevorzugt Wittmann, Geiger und Yaskawa)
- Interesse an modernster Technologie und eine verantwortungsbewusste, vorausschauende Arbeitsweise
