Job Summary
Conduct welding and hot forming of thermoplastics, apply proper adhesive bonding techniques, identify material types, machine plastics using milling machines, and operate format circle saws. Perform component fabrication, assembly, maintenance, and repair of various machines within the injection molding and extrusion processes. Requires completed vocational training as a process mechanic for plastics and rubber technology, along with proficiency in welding, hot forming, bonding, and machining plastics. Full-time or part-time position in Hamburg with a salary range of 42,000 to 50,000 euros gross per year.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Verfahrensmechaniker für Kunststoff- und Kautschuktechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Schweißen und Warmverformen thermoplastischer Kunststoffe
- Fachgerechtes Verkleben von Kunststoffen
- Zerspanung von Kunststoffen mittels Fräsmaschinen
- Umgang mit Formatkreissägen
- Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
