Verfahrensmechaniker Extrusion / Kunststofftechnologe mit Fokus Halbzeuge (m/w/d)

Operate, set up, and commission extrusion machinery and peripherals to ensure stable and efficient production of plastic profiles and semi-finished goods. Monitor ongoing manufacturing processes, conduct quality and release inspections, and perform systematic fault analysis and troubleshooting on equipment and tooling. Maintain and care for production facilities to guarantee availability, while contributing to process optimization regarding parameters and workflows. Provide training and instruction for new and external employees within the department. Requires a completed vocational training in plastic and rubber technology or equivalent, preferably with experience in semi-finished goods extrusion.
