Job Summary
Manage high-value commercial and industrial construction projects from design through execution, coordinating architects and engineers while ensuring budget, quality, and timeline adherence per HOAI standards. Lead feasibility studies, tendering, and procurement of services, and develop internal BIM standards and model-based project management tools. Ensure client interests are safeguarded across new builds, renovations, and modernizations for clients in the glass and energy sectors. The role involves working with BIM software including Revit and AutoCAD within a medium-sized expanding architecture and engineering firm located in the Cologne/Aachen region. Required Qualifications
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Architektur
- Mehjährige Berufspraxis in den obigen Aufgabenstellungen, bevorzugt im Industrie- oder Gewerbebau, bzw. im Segment anderweitiger hochwertiger Bauprojekte
- Gute Kenntnisse der bautechnischen Normen und Vorschriften
- Anwenderpraxis in MS Office und in IT-Tools, wie AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, Revit
- Gute Deutsch- und gerne auch Englischkenntnisse
- Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise
