Job Summary
Manage teaching offers and schedules by recording and maintaining data in the school administration application. Ensure lesson registrations are correctly assigned to specific offers while maintaining consistent data across offers, timetables, and teacher rosters. Support process owners with allocation, timetable recording, and offer definition. Adapt working hours to fluctuating workload demands. Requires a commercial education with additional training in business, organization, or process/quality management, plus several years of experience ideally in a school setting. Required Qualifications
- Kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Zusatzausbildung in Betriebswirtschaft, Organisation und/oder Prozess- und Qualitätsmanagement
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung idealerweise im Schulumfeld
- Gutes vernetztes Denken und Freude sich in einem System mit verschiedenen Anspruchsgruppen zu bewegen
- Digitale Affinität und Bereitschaft neue Systeme vertieft kennenzulernen
- Kommunikationsstärke und hohe Sozialkompetenz
- Flexibilität die Arbeitszeiten an die schwankende Arbeitslast anzupassen
