Job Summary
Assume full responsibility for the operational, organizational, and personnel management of a newly established outpatient nursing service in NRW. Ensure nursing quality and proper service delivery while leading the team, including the deployment and guidance of nursing professionals and assistants. Manage nursing processes, planning, and documentation, and prepare for regulatory and cost carrier audits. Implement and develop quality, hygiene, and organizational standards while representing the service before payers, authorities, and partners. Submit complete certificates and qualification proofs with the application.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als staatlich anerkannte Pflegefachkraft (z. B. Altenpflege, Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege, Pflegefachfrau / Pflegefachmann)
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Pflege
- Mindestens 1 Jahr Berufserfahrung innerhalb der letzten 5 Jahre
- Anerkannte Leitungsqualifikation (Pflegedienstleitung / verantwortliche Pflegefachkraft) mit mindestens 460 Stunden
- Fundierte Kenntnisse der gesetzlichen Grundlagen (SGB V, SGB XI, Rahmenverträge NRW)
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
