Job Summary
Venue Technology Manager responsible for technology planning and delivery across Olympic/Paralympic venue(s). Lead the Technology Equipment Allocation Process (TEAP) and oversee delivery, support and issue resolution for AV equipment and services. Act as the key technology representative for venues, managing stakeholder requirements, supplier activity, on-site installation, testing, operations and decommissioning. Manage a diverse team of paid staff, contractors and volunteers, coordinate with the Venue Management Team and Functional Areas, and develop detailed plans for Test Events, Technology Rehearsals and Games-time. Drive risk identification, dependencies, opportunities, and mitigation plans; provide regular progress, risk and issue reports; ensure alignment with governance and TOC guidance. Role involves hybrid work with a 4-days-in-office/1-day-from-home schedule in Downtown Los Angeles, with additional venue-based work as Games Time approaches.
