Venue Support Specialist

Job Summary
Liaise with Client Managers to verify event details and coordinate operational logistics for venue readiness, including signage, accessibility, and front-of-house areas. Troubleshoot on-site issues, manage ticket printing and distribution, and oversee daily box office operations while ensuring accurate balancing and banking of floats. Conduct pre-event technology checks, maintain equipment, and lead onboarding for new staff, ensuring proficiency in Ticketmaster systems. Prepare post-event reporting, manage ad-hoc roster changes, and document policies in collaboration with the Venue Event Manager. This role operates on a 7-day rotating roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, with time in lieu provided.

- Effectively manage the professional requirements of Ticketmaster's internal and external customers

- Research/Analytical - Maintain up to date knowledge of industry developments incorporating marketing and technological advances, both internally and externally
- Computer literacy - Ability to use Microsoft Office based computer packages including current database management systems and Ticketmaster programs and reports
- Typing skills with high accuracy
- Venue Management - Develop and coordinate policies and procedures for the venue and events' requirements
