Job Summary
Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team while driving operational excellence across a fast-paced entertainment venue. Deliver exceptional guest experiences that keep people coming back and own venue performance by balancing revenue growth with strong cost control. Build a values-led culture where people love coming to work and develop future leaders through coaching, recruitment, and succession planning. Bring new initiatives, promotions, and entertainment experiences to life at Kingpin Crown, one of Melbourne's premier entertainment destinations featuring bowling lanes, laser tag, and VR.
Required Qualifications
- 3 – 5 years' experience managing a busy hospitality, retail or entertainment venue
- A proactive and inspiring leadership style, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
- Strong relationship-building skills
- A passion for creating exceptional experiences for both corporate and social guests
- Sound financial and commercial acumen
- Experience managing venue performance and profitability
- A genuine passion for guest experience
