Venue Manager

Job Summary
Lead day-to-day venue operations at the Metricup location, delivering an exceptional guest experience while driving revenue, profitability, and cost control against agreed KPIs. Plan and deliver events in collaboration with the Head of Hospitality, manage budgets, reporting, POS, stock control, and inventory, and ensure high standards across service, product knowledge, compliance, and presentation. Lead, coach, and develop the FOH and Events teams, building engagement and retention while maintaining strong relationships with internal teams, regulators, and local stakeholders. Identify opportunities to improve operations, grow revenue, and enhance the guest experience. As a WA Approved Manager with at least three years in a high-volume environment, you will balance commercial performance with hands-on support across all venue areas.
Required Qualifications
- at least 3 years prior experience in a Management role within a fast paced, high volume environment
