Job Summary
Lead planning, coordination, and on-site execution of diverse client and internally produced events at Circuit of The Americas, serving as the primary liaison between clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams. Develop comprehensive Banquet Event Orders, manage budgets, create detailed timelines, and anticipate operational challenges to ensure seamless logistics and exceptional guest experiences. Oversee on-site operations with real-time decision-making, conduct post-event evaluations, and build long-term partnerships with stakeholders. Requires proven experience in sports or entertainment venue management, willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours up to 20 hours daily in outdoor environments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
- Must have proven experience in venue management or event operations in sports or entertainment venues
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as event schedules require
- Ability to stand, sit, use of hands to handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms
- Ability to lift and/ or move up to 25 pounds
- Ability to squat, bend, twist, push/pull
- Ability to stand/walk for long periods
- Ability to work extended hours during events (18-20 hours per day) in any weather elements
- Work in extreme environments outdoors throughout the year
