Job Summary
Lead venue management by executing all event phases, ensuring efficient floor operations, and maintaining inventory integrity. Review P&L to drive profitability, manage expenses, and enforce financial SOPs while processing billing and invoices. Maximize revenue through the sales cycle, develop and train team members, and provide technical support as needed. Represent Pinnacle Live at hotel meetings, cultivate partner relationships, and ensure full compliance with safety protocols. Requires three years of management experience in AV or hospitality, with a focus on achieving sales and operations goals.
