Job Summary
Greet guests, answer venue questions, and promote upsells like Stone Ridge Club and lawn chairs. Examine pre-purchased tickets for authenticity based on color and date, then handle credit card transactions per Live Nation audit guidelines. Conduct inventory counts of all physical items before and after the show, and fill in temporarily with other departments during peak times or breaks. May sell Future Tickets in mobile or stationary locations as assigned by the Ancillary Manager. This role supports Live Nation Entertainment's live events, requiring constant walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working in all weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Position may require constant walking, climbing stairs, lifting and carrying 50 lbs+, and occasional sitting in an outdoor environment in all weather conditions
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- At least 2 years in Guest Service and communications preferred
- Prior sales or cash handling experience is a plus
- Familiar with iPhone and iPad technology
- Creative thinker and problem solver
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Acute sense of judgment, tact, and diplomacy
- A strong attention to detail, outgoing personality, sense of teamwork and ability to execute programs
