Venture Track Defensie

Conduct intensive co-creation with operational units to develop and test products or services addressing critical defense challenges. Evaluate solutions in realistic conditions, adapt based on feedback, and drive innovation through direct practical application. Participate in nine-month training cycles covering design thinking, prototyping, and business planning while collaborating with partners on talent development and team formation. Operate as both tester and developer within a cohort of up to 30 participants, with full-time commitment based at Society College or partner companies.
