Job Summary
Own cross-functional projects from idea to implementation across marketing, growth, operations, and product. Collaborate closely with founders on strategic and operational topics while driving growth strategies. Execute tasks with full responsibility from day one. Work on-site in Munich within a small, engaged team leveraging smart automation and AI processes to serve 100+ dogs. This three-to-six-month internship offers direct influence on a growing product using non-buzzword AI as a daily driver.
Required Qualifications
- Studium in BWL, Management, Wirtschaftsinformatik o.ä. (oder vergleichbare Erfahrung)
- Unternehmerisches Denken und Hands-on-Mentalität
- Interesse an Startups, Growth und digitale Geschäftsmodelle
- Analytisches Denken gepaart mit Umsetzungsstärke
- Deutsch fließend
