Job Summary
Venture Development Intern to support founders across Strategy, Sales/Go-To-Market, Product, Ops and Finance, sitting at the intersection of multiple domains. You’ll work with the leadership team to tailor your track (Product & Tech, Sales & GTM, Operations & Finance), gain founder exposure, and help scale a venture-backed AI startup focused on Agentic AI for the insurance-claims sector. You’ll tackle real-world problems, deliver measurable impact, and develop cross-functional skills while collaborating with engineers, investors, and experienced project leaders. Requirements emphasize problem-solving ability, tech affinity, a generalist mindset, analytical and data-driven thinking, and comfort with Excel/Sheets, CRM tools, and Notion. Location is Berlin-based with hybrid work options.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced student or recent graduate in Business/Management (Finance, Economics, etc.) OR Technical field (CS, Engineering, Physics)
- Ability to solve problems, take charge and execute with commitment
- Tech-Affinity and ability to talk to engineers and investors
- Generalist mindset with ability to switch topics quickly
- Analytical and structured thinking with data-driven approach
- Proficiency with Excel/Sheets, CRM tools, and Notion
