Job Summary
Venture Development Intern collaborating with Founders to shape startup growth across venture development, sales, and strategy. Responsibilities include extending the business side of the founding team, conducting market and competitor research, defining and improving internal processes, owning projects that drive company progress, and contributing to communications and branding. Requires pursuing or recently completed degree in Business/Economics or related field, first professional experience (preferably in consulting/VC/startup), entrepreneurial mindset, strong communication, proficiency with Office tools, and fluency in German and English. Flexible working hours with an in-person presence at the Munich/Berlin offices; stock options offered; minimum 4 months availability; office-based in Germany (Munich/Berlin).
Required Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed degree in Business, Economics or related field
- Gained first professional experience, preferably in consulting, VC or Startup
- Entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on mentality with solid multitasking and self-organization abilities
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in Office Software or equivalent tools
- Fluent in both German and English
- Minimum availability of 4 months
