Job Summary
Analyst or Associate will source and diligence private market opportunities in fintech/capital markets, prepare investment memos and pitch decks, and perform financial analysis including DCF and valuation work. You’ll assist with deal structuring, support portfolio company management on strategic initiatives, monitor investments, and conduct industry research, while engaging with portfolio senior management and co-investors. Ideal candidates bring 1-4 years of VC/PE/GE experience, a bachelor’s degree in finance/business, hands-on valuation modeling proficiency, and strong communication skills to evaluate investment opportunities both quantitatively and qualitatively.
Required Qualifications
- 1 - 4 years of experience in Venture Capital, Growth Equity or Private Equity
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or related field
- Previous exposure to valuation modeling (LBOs, liquidation waterfalls, cap tables, DCF, etc.) and a high level of proficiency in Excel
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
