Job Summary
As a Relationship Manager in Venture Banking, you will be responsible for growing and retaining profitable relationships within NatWest Venture Banking by acquiring new relationships and deepening existing ones. You will identify top companies in the innovation economy, connect with key executives, and manage credit and operational risks while proactively supporting the startup ecosystem. Successful candidates will have a strong sales background and experience navigating complex sales opportunities within the UK innovation economy, particularly in Life Sciences and Deep Tech.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in commercial banking, venture debt, or other technology-related services
- A good understanding of commercial banking products and services
