Job Summary
Operate late-model, heated Ventrac sidewalk machines equipped with power brooms, v-blades, snow blowers, or salters at a dedicated job-site for the entire season. Work on-call shifts ranging from six to twelve hours between October 30th and the final snowstorm, maintaining punctuality and reliability while collaborating with team members to complete assignments safely. Maintain good physical condition to lift 50-60 pounds, possess a valid driver's license, and utilize smartphone technology for dispatch and field software. Pass company safety training and drug test, and demonstrate the ability to work outdoors in freezing conditions under high pressure.
Required Qualifications
- Available and willing to work at any hour between October 30th and the last snowstorm of the season
- Ability to work well with other team members to efficiently and safely complete each assignment
- Punctual
- Reliable

- Able to work outdoors in freezing weather conditions
- Good physical condition to be able to lift 50-60 pounds without assistance
- Valid and clean driver's license with no restrictions
- Ability to pass a company safety training course and drug test
- Ability to use a smartphone for two-way communication, mobile dispatch, and our field software
- Ability to work well under high pressure situations
- Have transportation to reach job-site
