Vent line cleaner, lubricator and general maintenance worker

Job Summary
Vent line cleaner, lubricator and general maintenance worker reporting to Maintenance Foreman. Performs general and technical maintenance tasks in the plant/workshop with supervision, applying preventative, predictive, and reactive maintenance per IWC standards; participates in safety practices, 5S housekeeping, and collaborates with operations and other technical disciplines. Requires Grade 12, 2 years of mechanical maintenance experience, computer literacy, a valid driver’s license, and knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems; must be able to work shifts and overtime as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Grade 12
- 2 years’ mechanical maintenance experience within an industrial/chemical plant maintenance environment
- Computer literate
- Valid driver’s license
- Mechanical and electrical industrial plant knowledge
- Fluent in English
- Good health; physically fit; good sight and hearing
- Must be able to operate while wearing PPE
