Job Summary
Vendor Solutions Representative CHL responsible for managing and growing customer relationships, routinely marketing to and engaging with assigned customers to drive market share, and delivering solutions using knowledge to configure, price, quote, and process requests for hardware, software, and services. Acts as SME to advise on programs, promotions and add-ons, expands product education and technical guidance, negotiates terms, and manages pipeline activity to completion. Participates in sales planning, forecasts opportunities, mentors teammates, and promotes TD SYNNEX educational offerings and diversity initiatives. Located in Santiago, Chile; role emphasizes pre-sales solution guidance, pricing, configuration design, and broad TD SYNNEX solution portfolio knowledge.
Required Qualifications
- Associate Degree in business, marketing, computer science or related field
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in selling, marketing and promoting solutions to customers in a technical or product support role
- Product & Vendor certifications as required
