Job Summary
Build strong relationships with customers, vendor partners, and internal teams to support long-term business success. Manage and progress sales opportunities through the full sales cycle, from lead qualification to quote follow-up and deal execution. Maintain an active sales pipeline and support accurate forecasting activities to achieve revenue and profitability goals. Follow up on customer inquiries and opportunities to ensure timely resolution and an exceptional customer experience. Collaborate with sales, operations, and vendor representatives to achieve shared business objectives while documenting activities in designated systems. Provide customer support and issue escalation assistance by coordinating with internal teams when needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, customer success, marketing, technical support, or a related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build trust and credibility with customers and partners
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational skills and a customer-first mindset
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
- Ability to learn new technologies, systems, and vendor programs quickly
- Commitment to professionalism, integrity, and ethical business practices
Desired Qualifications
- Associate degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Experience selling or supporting technology products, IT solutions, software, hardware, or distribution-based solutions
- Vendor-specific certifications, training, or sales experience
- Experience managing quotes, pipelines, CRM systems, forecasts, or customer account activities
- Understanding of sales processes, opportunity management, and customer relationship management best practices
