Job Summary
Implement logistics strategies aligned with organizational goals, analyze market trends, and assess supply chain processes to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction. Evaluate, select, and manage logistics service providers while supporting contract negotiations, pricing, and service level agreements to ensure reliable logistics services. Monitor vendor performance, resolve disputes, identify operational risks, and advise contingency plans to facilitate top-tier support for business and customers. This Logistics Relationship Vendor Manager plays a key role in ensuring seamless movement of goods, reducing costs, and improving customer satisfaction within the high-energy, low-attitude environment of B&H.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in logistics management, supply chain optimization, or a similar role
- 1-2 years' experience in the logistics field
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Strong knowledge of logistics operations, transportation modes, and distribution networks
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
