Job Summary
Vendor Relations Field Supervisor responsible for field management support of Independent Contractors in AAA’s Emergency Road Service (ERS) department. Role involves coaching, mentoring, and supervising stations within the field office territory, conducting regular station visitations, ensuring facilities and drivers meet Club policies, resolving member/customer service issues, maintaining station coverage, and preparing proposals to adjust station call volumes. Requires ERS/CSR or related sales management experience, strong vendor-management and negotiation skills, and proficiency with financial reporting and Microsoft Office. Must drive and operate under Safe Driving requirements; position offers a starting pay range of $72,600 to $96,500 with incentives and comprehensive benefits. 70% field visitation with remote and office-based work and a company car provided. Required Qualifications
- ERS, CSR, or related sales management experience
- Experience managing large external vendor relationships, including management of work teams
- Demonstrated knowledge of the towing industry and mechanical aptitude preferred
- Prior experience developing recommendations and proposals, as well as successful negotiations and complaint resolution required
- Professional verbal and written communication skills required, including excellent presentation skills
- Prior experience in the preparation and analysis of financial reports, development of cost-benefit models, and understanding of financial spreadsheets and profit and loss statements
- General management, organizational, and time management skills
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office software products, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Safe Business Driving Requirements: Valid Driver's License, Acceptable Department of Motor Vehicles record and Proof of Automotive Insurance required.
