Vendor Relations Analyst

Serve as the primary point of contact for all matters related to Fiserv and FIS, managing routine intake for contract requests and amendments. Monitor vendor performance against SLAs, KPIs, and contractual obligations while coordinating data for quarterly business reviews. Coordinate monthly and quarterly invoicing processes, track actual spend against forecasts, and resolve billing discrepancies. Raise and manage purchase order requisitions, ensuring alignment with contract terms and forecasted spend. Participate in developing dashboards for vendor performance and spend reporting, and support internal audits and regulatory reviews. Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local laws through required trainings and independent judgment. 15% travel required.
