Job Summary
As a Vendor Program Analyst at TD SYNNEX, you will review vendor agreements, bid letters, and promotional documentation to validate key details (pricing, dates, part numbers, rebates, quantities), accurately enter and maintain pricing data in internal systems, support order release processes, and serve as a liaison with Sales and Product Marketing to resolve pricing discrepancies. You will troubleshoot issues, ensure timely resolution to minimize business impact, maintain documentation for audit and compliance, and collaborate with team members to improve processes and efficiency. The role emphasizes strong attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability in a fast-paced environment with to-be-developed cross-functional exposure.
