Job Summary

Vendor Platform Administrator responsible for overseeing a portfolio of global vendors to ensure regulatory, contractual, and organizational standards are met. Focus is on developing and maintaining third-party vendor management software usage across the organization, including administering OneTrust TPRM or future platforms, configuring workflows/questionnaires, managing user access, troubleshooting platform issues, ensuring accurate data ingestion from D&B into vendor profiles, and developing dashboards/reports to drive actionable insights for stakeholders. The role includes onboarding support, due diligence, risk assessments, audit readiness, and scaling processes through automation and cross-system reporting. Requires expertise in software systems, translating business requirements into technical updates, effective training/documentation, strong analytical and Excel skills, and a minimum of 3 years in third-party software management; OneTrust TPRM experience preferred and a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
