Job Summary
Vendor Lead will oversee vendor relationships, contract negotiation, and performance tracking to deliver value while ensuring compliance and strategic alignment. Responsibilities include drafting, negotiating, and managing vendor contracts; monitoring vendor performance against defined metrics; identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies; building and maintaining relationships with vendors; ensuring adherence to policies, regulations, and contractual obligations; and contributing to strategic planning for cost savings and process improvements. The role requires collaboration with internal training and leadership teams and the ability to work in a hybrid environment with potential extended hours or weekend support as needed.
