Job Summary
Vendor Operations Team Lead for German speaker overseeing 10+ Onboarding Agents. Drive end-to-end onboarding, incubation, and re-engagement for Restaurant and Shop partners, balancing people leadership, operational excellence, and stakeholder management to ensure long-term partner success. Responsibilities include coaching and developing agents, managing KPI-driven performance, floor support, scheduling, HR compliance, and process improvements. Lead funnel management, queue optimization, knowledge management, and collaboration with product/tech teams to address bugs and inefficiencies. Build data-driven dashboards for senior leadership; partner with local country teams to resolve cross-functional bottlenecks; support change initiatives and pilot projects. Requires High School diploma, 2-3 years in a contact center, 1 year in senior/lead roles, fluent English and German, and strong analytical and communication skills. Hybrid work arrangement with office in Budapest, Hungary.
Required Qualifications
- High School / Diploma Certificate
- 2-3 years experience in a contact center environment
- at least 1 year of experience as a senior agent or assistant manager or team supervisor
- Fluent in English and German
- Intermediate knowledge of Google Suite or Microsoft tools
- Intermediate knowledge of CRM tools
- Strong analytical skills with ability to work on large data sets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to coordinate and synchronize team efforts to achieve goals
- Fast learner and adaptable to changing operational processes
