Job Summary
Vendor Operations Coordinator responsible for onboarding and activation of restaurants/vendors on the platform, leading onboarding calls and training sessions, validating onboarding documentation, and activating vendors. Provides first-6000 days support and proactively drives vendor engagement and success, with in-person training spread across a one-month period at the Budapest office. Requires strong communication skills in English and Czech, comfort with multi-system workflows, and a service-oriented mindset in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in English and Czech, spoken and written
- Strong computer literacy
- Previous experience in service (e.g., hospitality or customer support) is a plus
