Job Summary
Submit required onboarding documents including business licenses, insurance, and vehicle information. Review and accept the Provider Agreement and Terms & Conditions. Set up and maintain your HQ portal account to manage trips, drivers, and vehicles. Claim trips based on your company's schedule and resources while ensuring safe, reliable, and professional transportation for members. Follow all Community Guidelines to maintain compliance, including operating safely, treating members with respect, and reporting issues promptly. Failure to comply may result in suspension or removal from the network.
Required Qualifications
- Valid business license
- Able to meet insurance requirements
- Vehicles that meet local, state, and federal safety requirements
- Drivers that meet local, state, and federal safety requirements
- Ability to submit documents digitally
- Ability to manage operations through HQ
