Job Summary
Vendor Mgr III responsible for managing Third Party Business Arrangements through all TPML stages in alignment with policies and standards. Lead monitoring and reporting on performance (SLAs/SLOs/KPIs), onboarding post-contract Third Parties, and maintaining governance structures between TD and key stakeholders. Collaborate with internal teams to support transitions/terminations, understand financial terms, monitor third-party financial health to mitigate cost/risk, and consolidate an enterprise view of relationships. Role may act as Lead Vendor Manager for complex relationships, requiring advanced knowledge of Vendor Management lifecycle, risk management, and regulatory considerations. Requires undergraduate degree and 7+ years of experience; strong negotiation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills; ability to work autonomously and guide others while maintaining confidentiality. TD-specific context and governance, risk, and procurement policies are emphasized, along with a focus on continuous improvement and stakeholder management.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree
- 7+ years of related experience
- Advanced knowledge of Vendor Management, Third-Party Management Lifecycle framework/principles, policies and procedures
- Knowledge of risk management environment, standards and regulations
- Skill in negotiating, influencing, and communicating with senior stakeholders
- Ability to analyze complex data and develop solutions
- Ability to lead, plan, implement and evaluate program/project activities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
