Job Summary
Execute vendor, customer, and tenant master data maintenance in Eftsure and JDE, ensuring accurate entry and completion of required validations. Create and update Project Business Units and the corporate Chart of Accounts, while configuring PO routing structures to align with approval hierarchies and internal controls. Validate master data requests for compliance and coordinate with Finance, Procurement, and Operations teams to resolve data issues and support business requirements. Perform periodic data quality checks to maintain ongoing integrity across systems. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field with 2 to 4 years of master data management experience required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in master data management
- Hands on experience in vendor setup and maintenance, including validation and compliance checks
- Experience in customer or tenant master data management
- Prior experience working with ERP systems, preferably JDE
- Good understanding of data governance principles and internal controls
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and completeness
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requests simultaneously
- Good communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across finance, procurement, and operations teams
