Job Summary
Lead outsourced operations within a defined functional area, ensuring the health, performance, and strategic alignment of BPO vendor partnerships. Own the end-to-end business-vendor relationship as the primary account leader and thought partner, translating priorities into execution plans and managing a portfolio of initiatives to optimize solutions and drive measurable impact. Set strategy for vendor selection, geographic footprint, and commercial models while guiding partner leadership to align with Indeed's long-term goals. Prioritize cross-functional initiatives, de-risk complex programs, and manage executive escalations to ensure timely delivery. Deliver enterprise-wide operational improvements through data-driven insights, success measures, and governance to increase value across business units supported by external partners.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 14 years of related experience
- Minimum of 12 years with a Bachelor's degree
- 8 years and a Master's degree
- PhD with 5 years experience
- Experience in program management
- Experience in vendor management
- Experience in outsourced operations
- Experience in operational leadership
- Demonstrated success owning large-scale BPO or outsourced operations
- Demonstrated success improving vendor performance
- Demonstrated success improving partnership outcomes
- Demonstrated success improving service delivery
- Excellent executive cross-functional management skills
- Ability to influence and align Director- and VP-level partners across multiple functions
- Proven financial and commercial acumen
