Job Summary
Lead the end-to-end management of the technology vendor lifecycle, overseeing onboarding, governance, contract management, renewals, and relationship management. Drive commercial outcomes through contract negotiations, performance monitoring, and supplier engagement while maintaining oversight of vendor risk assessments, registers, and compliance with regulatory and cybersecurity requirements. Partner with Technology, Legal, Finance, Risk, and business stakeholders to ensure contracts, policies, and arrangements remain current, compliant, and aligned to strategic objectives. Manage vendor contracts, financial commitments, and service delivery obligations to ensure suppliers meet agreed outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years' experience in vendor management, contract management, procurement, commercial management or technology governance roles
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Information Technology, Procurement or a related discipline
- Demonstrated experience negotiating and managing complex technology contracts and supplier agreements
- Strong understanding of vendor lifecycle management, supplier governance frameworks and third-party risk management practices
Desired Qualifications
- relevant industry certifications (e.g. ITIL, Certified Vendor Manager, Contract Management or similar certifications)
- Experience within financial services, investment management or banking environments
