Job Summary
Vendor Manager responsible for day-to-day management of multiple strategic vendors, driving revenue and profitability through strong channel engagement and sales execution. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Vendor teams to develop go-to-market strategies, grow reseller networks, and turn pipeline into revenue. Own revenue and profit targets, manage pipeline/forecasting, deliver monthly reporting and sales insights, expand and onboard partners, build quarterly/annual business plans, and serve as primary contact for vendors. Build relationships at all levels, run business reviews, coordinate partner events, enable training and accreditations, Partner with Marketing for lead-gen campaigns, maintain pricing/data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to close deals.
Required Qualifications
- Proven success in a target-driven sales or channel role
- Experience managing vendor or partner relationships
- Strong understanding of the IT channel / distribution environment
- Confident presenting to senior stakeholders - commercial, technical, and financial
- Highly organised with strong analytical and forecasting ability
- Results-focused and commercially driven
- A natural relationship builder—confident, credible, and engaging
- An enthusiastic team player who is proactive and self-motivated
