Job Summary
Manage vendor relationships and oversee third-party risk assessments for outsourced services within the business segment. Act as a liaison with Corporate Procurement to handle contract renewals, execute new vendor requests, and facilitate the resolution of escalated issues. Ensure compliance with due diligence, risk assessment, and continuing monitoring requirements by tracking third-party risk issues and implementing remediation plans. Oversee detailed reporting, documentation, and Service Organization Controls (SOC) reports while leading or participating in procurement processes and working group meetings for high-risk vendors.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Five (5) years vendor management experience
- High School Diploma
- Nine (9) years vendor management experience
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a timely manner
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
- Exceptional organizational, analytical and follow-through skills
- Project management skills
- Proven ability to build relationships
- Strong knowledge of banking and regulations impacting business unit relationships
