Job Summary
Support supplier onboarding, engagement lifecycle management, and governance execution across assigned vendors while coordinating contract intake, renewals, and stakeholder inputs. Manage invoice processing workflows to ensure operational accuracy and monitor third-party governance requirements to flag gaps. Develop dashboards and presentations that synthesize inputs from sourcing, legal, compliance, risk, and operations teams to identify trends and drive portfolio reporting. Escalate emerging issues with clear context and recommended next steps to support decision-making, leveraging AI-enabled tools to streamline processes and enhance business outcomes. Communicate status, risks, and effectively to audiences ranging from working teams to senior leaders.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in vendor management, business operations, governance, sourcing/procurement support, or related fields
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- Ability to collaborate across diverse stakeholder groups and act as an effective intermediary
- Strong risk mindset and sound judgment when managing third-party activities
- Ability to produce clear analytical reporting by building dashboards, presentations, and portfolio views
- Effective communication in writing and verbally while tailoring messages to different audiences
- Ability to leverage AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency, streamline processes, and enhance business outcomes
