Vendor Management & Onboarding Global Process Lead

Job Summary
Lead the development and maintenance of global vendor management and onboarding processes, ensuring alignment with best practices, regulatory requirements, and strategic objectives. Drive process automation, standardization, and optimization to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and mitigate risks across all global locations. Lead and develop a high-performing team, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and professional development aligned with business objectives. Collaborate with stakeholders across Procurement, Finance, Legal, GBUs, and Corporate Functions to gather requirements, manage expectations, and ensure successful process improvements. Work with IT teams to select, implement, and maintain technology solutions, leveraging AI technologies to enhance the Source-to-Pay function and drive innovation. Identify and mitigate risks associated with vendor management, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies through robust control frameworks. Monitor KPIs and reporting on process effectiveness, implementing continuous improvement initiatives and tracking value generated from improvement projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or relevant field
- MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Proven experience in vendor management and onboarding roles within large, multinational organizations
- Strong process improvement experience with Lean or Six Sigma
- Project management experience with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Experience with vendor management systems (VMS) and related technologies
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Willingness to travel approximately 40% of the time
