Vendor Management Lead

Job Summary
Vendor Management Lead responsible for establishing end-to-end vendor relationships for CHO and Reflect Health, including RFP development, vendor evaluation, contract language review and negotiations, KPI and SLA management, risk assessment, CAPs, and renewal/termination planning. Acts as the internal account manager between stakeholders (Operations, IT, Clinical, Finance, Legal) and vendors to ensure service delivery aligns with contractual obligations and supports ongoing governance and compliance. The role supports ongoing day-to-day operational management of delegated functions and leads efforts in contract negotiation, renewals, and proactive engagement for vendor performance improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3-7+ years in a health plan operations role with direct management of activities performed by a TPA
- 1 year of procurement, supplier management, or strategic sourcing
- 5+ years within health plan claims, COB/TPL, claims quality or other core health plan operational functions
