Job Summary
Proactively partner with stakeholders to execute Ordering Management processes, including creating purchase requests in dbBuyer, invoice reconciliation, triggering payments, and closing purchase orders. Support the Central Ordering team globally by developing scorecards, tracking SLA adherence, and implementing process improvements along the sourcing chain. Coordinate renewal processes for CWRs, document meeting minutes, and manage ad hoc requests while leveraging AI tools to optimize workflows. Maintain accurate analysis and communicate recommendations to internal stakeholders within a matrix organization.
Required Qualifications
- Good understanding of Business Management function
- Procurement Management
- Familiar with Financial Governance process
- Experienced user of MS Project
- Experienced user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
- Proven experience in coordinating with internal stakeholders (Business / COO / Finance/ Compliance teams)
- Knowledge of SAP Ariba or similar Procurement management tool
- Solution-orientated attitude with capability to identify and structure issues, run accurate analysis, and socialize recommendations with team
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work against tight deadlines with a high level of accuracy
- Very good English language skills (verbal & written)
- 5-7 years of experience in a similar role

- Reporting and MI expertise
- Good German
- Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs
