Job Summary
Vendor Management Analyst II within Chase Card Recovery responsible for managing vendor relationships, monitoring performance, and driving process improvements. Design and implement tools to track KPIs, conduct on-site reviews of law firms, and provide feedback to stakeholders. Lead compliance-related audits, manage vendor communications, consult with business partners to establish requirements, and identify trends to propose solutions. Travel to on-site reviews approximately 1–2 times per year; collaborate with internal and external partners to strengthen controls and risk management while enhancing customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- Three years of business operations experience in Collection Litigations
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
