Job Summary
Vendor Managed Inventory Coordinator I to manage on-site inventory at customer locations, generate replenishment orders based on usage, conduct inventory counts, organize and refill vending/inventory areas, prepare and deliver orders using delivery vehicles up to 22 feet, create detailed manifests, serve as a point of contact with customers, and log data using mobile technology while adhering to safety policies. Responsibilities include collaboration with sales, warehouse, and operations teams, supporting warehouse tasks as needed, and lifting items up to 50 pounds. The role is based in Fullerton, CA, with schedules that vary to accommodate urgent needs.
Required Qualifications
- Current, valid Driver's License
- Violation-free driving record
- Ability to read and interpret invoices and packing slips
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong mathematical skills for calculations in all units of measure
- Experience with inventory management tools or systems
- Willingness to travel to customer sites and perform deliveries
