Job Summary
Lead the design and implementation of our multi-touchpoint attribution (MTA) methodology for own channels and act as the technical reference for migrating to a single CRM (Insider). Develop the Intelligent Engagement Model to optimize vendor communications, design advanced messaging logic based on behavior and preferences, and evolve the data architecture and Partner Communications reporting ecosystem into strategic dashboards and KPI analyses. Drive innovation through automated solutions and predictive analytics to transform raw data into high-impact business decisions, collaborating with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams to maximize Revenue and ROI. Focus on turning complex metrics into clear insights, fostering data-driven decision-making, and delivering value across PedidosYa's partner ecosystem.
Required Qualifications
- Al menos 2 años de experiencia liderando proyectos de estrategia de negocio o análisis de datos
- Manejo avanzado de SQL / BigQuery (excluyente)
- Herramientas de visualización: Tableau, Looker o Power BI
- Manejo avanzado de Excel, incluyendo modelado de datos, fórmulas complejas y Power Pivot
- Nivel de inglés avanzado, para interactuar en entornos internacionales y equipos globales
- Formación en Economía, Ingeniería, Estadística, Sistemas, Datos, u afines
