Job Summary
Vendor Coordinator with 2-4 years of healthcare payer/cash posting experience; responsible for posting insurance and patient payments, denials, reconciling cash, maintaining payment data accuracy, processing invoices, and serving as liaison between vendors and Patient Accounts. Requires high school diploma, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and valid driver’s license with MVR; preferred CPAR/CRCR certifications. On-site position in Columbus, GA, Mon-Fri shift 8:00AM–4:30PM ET.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2-4 years of Patient Access or Business Office, healthcare self-pay or insurance collections experience required
- 1-3 years of cashier/payment posting experience required preferably in a healthcare setting
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Applications to include word, excel and PowerPoint
