Job Summary
Vendor Coordinator role providing administrative support to Vendor Manager with onboarding coordination, data compilation, supplier performance tracking, compliance documentation, and communication logistics. Responsibilities include coordinating vendor onboarding, maintaining vendor files and contracts, scheduling meetings and reviews, distributing policy/training updates, coordinating accounts payable information, maintaining vendor records and compliance with local/state/federal regulations, generating site reports, preparing monthly communications, and assisting with purchase orders and spend data. Preferred experience includes data-center/critical facility exposure, Corrigo, Zendesk, and Service Now systems. Must be proficient in Word/Excel, able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and able to work in a remote-capable setting with Chicago, IL or Dallas, TX locations.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- 2+ years’ experience with Facility or Property Administration
- Working knowledge of Word and Excel
- Demonstrated verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to speak effectively before small groups of tenants or fellow employees
- Superior customer service skills and orientation
- Ability to maintain professionalism under time constraints
- Ability to multitask and work without direct supervision
- Strong organizational skills and collaborative style
