Job Summary
Vendor Coordination role within the Service Delivery team focusing on task allocation, coordination of vendor delivery lifecycle, and production of regular updates and KPIs. Responsibilities include planning vendor site installations, managing delivery progress with customers and internal teams, documenting dependencies, producing vendor documentation for handover, generating weekly KPI reports, and driving process improvements and automation. Requires experience in Service Delivery or Project Management, strong communication skills, and ability to manage third-party resources; knowledge of telecom technologies (IP/Packet, SDH, WDM) and a background in IT/Engineering is advantageous.
Required Qualifications
- Some experience in Service Delivery or Project Management
- Hands-on Delivery experience
- Ability to clearly document dependencies and priorities
- Ability to effectively prioritize & matrix manage third party resources (internal & contracted)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with very good written and oral skills in English
- Ability to present ideas and facts convincingly and gain commitment
- Ability to matrix manage others to achieve maximum results
- Ability to gather, screen and interpret a wide variety of detailed information while keeping focus on the big picture
- Flexibility & ability to adapt to changing environments
- Ability to adapt to local conditions in a multi-cultural environment
- Desirable: Some experience in Telecommunications with knowledge of USA markets
- Technical qualification in IT or Engineering an advantage
- Knowledge of IP/Packet and Transmission (SDH, WDM) technologies
- Proven knowledge of process and automation design in an operations environment

- Experience with vendor/supplier management and cross-functional collaboration
