Job Summary
Manage all Certificates of Insurance, coordinating directly with insurance agents to obtain, renew, and resolve coverage issues for vendors like NetVendor and Vendor Café. Prepare and submit complete vendor packets containing current contracts and certifications while enrolling and maintaining the company's standing within customer online compliance portals. Monitor compliance status across the vendor portfolio to proactively resolve gaps that could delay customer payments, working directly with customers to address documentation questions. Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve vendor issues, maintaining accurate records of all documentation and deadlines. Requires 2+ years of vendor compliance experience, proficiency in MS Office, and strong communication skills. Full benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, 401k, and 15 days of PTO.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 2 or more years experience in vendor compliance, vendor management, or a related administrative/coordination role
- Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple vendor relationships, portals, and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence working directly with customers
- Comfortable navigating multiple online vendor and compliance-tracking portals
- Proficiency in MS Office
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with insurance agents/brokers or familiarity with Certificates of Insurance a plus
