Vendor Compliance Analyst

Job Summary
Monitor daily OpenTicket activity to identify vendor compliance issues, billing discrepancies, and potential overcharges. Review and analyze vendor ticket data to verify adherence to contractual requirements and company standards. Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve compliance exceptions and investigate field ticket discrepancies in a timely manner. Track recurring compliance trends, provide actionable recommendations, and facilitate training sessions to promote process consistency. This role serves as a key resource for OpenTicket compliance activities, ensuring adherence to established procedures. Candidates must possess strong analytical skills and proficiency in the OpenInvoice/OpenTicket systems.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Accounts payable, compliance, auditing, finance, or a related field experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately and exercise sound professional judgement
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Desired Qualifications
- Experience utilizing Enverus platforms, including OpenInvoice and OpenTicket
- Experience with Spotfire reporting and data analytics tools
- Strong collaboration and team-oriented mindset
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present information clearly and professionally
- Five (5+) years of experience in the oil and gas industry
- Working knowledge of oilfield operations, terminology, and industry practices
